Clerical Plus
utilizes an efficient implementation process to create a website for your
business that’s convenient and time saving. Additionally, although
Clerical Plus would prefer to meet with their clients (especially those
located in Central New Jersey), all correspondence can be completed via
email, U.S. mail or phone . . . whatever medium is most convenient for
you.
After
your review and acceptance of our complete and detailed estimate,
(and upon
receipt of any required fees), the following 5-step implementation process
will occur:
- Step One -
Via a meeting or through correspondence, you will need to
provide Clerical Plus with:
A) General contact, billing and website information . . .
i.e., preferred domain name, current and/or possibly new email
accounts, etc.
B) Your overall thoughts regarding how you would like your
website business message to be conveyed . . . e.g., number of pages,
what will be contained in each, specific colors, etc.
C) As much of your website’s content as possible . . . e.g.,
business logo, page text, pictures from sales brochures, newspaper
and/or yellow page advertisements, etc.
At this time a non-refundable payment of 33% of your balance
will be due.
- Step Two -
Clerical Plus will register your domain name (if applicable),
set up a website hosting service (if applicable) and produce an initial
draft of your website based upon your requirements (within five business
days).
- Step Three

You will review the initial draft of your website and provide
Clerical Plus with any desired modifications. At this time
another non-refundable payment of 33% of your balance will be due.
- Step Four -
Clerical Plus will complete all modifications and 'publish' your
website at your hosting service provider (within five business days).
At this time a non-refundable payment of your remaining balance will be
due.
- Step Five -
Clerical Plus will manually register your website at the top
national and state search engines and directories, if applicable (within
two business days).
Under normal conditions, Clerical Plus can provide your business
with a complete website implementation within three weeks of receipt of
any required fees.
